About Synergy

Synergy General Contractors, Inc. offers an exceptional home building and remodeling experience in Los Angeles. Synergy is comprised of two contractors with equal responsibilities and a secretary. You can read more about Scott, Michael and Susan on the “Our Team” page. Synergy General Contractors boasts a combined 50 years of experience and knowledge in construction. We set out to satisfy a variety of roles depending on the exact needs of our clients. From concept to completion, we evaluate design concepts, building systems, materials, scheduling, financial implications, and most importantly, the client’s needs and satisfaction. The strong reputation we have built through the years affirms that Synergy General Contractors has the expertise, experience, financial strength, and the know-how to satisfy our clients.

With a combined 50 years of construction experience building custom homes and remodels, Synergy General Contractors brings a depth and breadth of in-house capabilities, expertise, and services to assure a successful construction project. This knowledge allows us to provide pre-construction and on-going construction recommendations and problem solving. We work closely with our depth of subcontractors to help and circumvent any future issues that may arise during the course of construction.

Our Mission

At Synergy General Contractors, our mission is to provide exceptional service and the best possible construction experience for our customers along with all other stakeholders involved with the project. This includes architects, engineers, designers, sub-contractors and material suppliers.

We achieve this mission through…

Communication. There are "no surprises” with Synergy General Contractors. We have learned that effective communication is key to happy customers. We provide all those involved in the construction project adequate lead-time to make selections, schedule workers, and deliveries to the project. We let our customers know what we need and when we need it with plenty of lead-time so no one has to make a “rushed” decision while building their home with Synergy.

Integrity. We do what we say we are going to do and when we say we are going to do it. Construction is not an exact science, there are alway “situations” that arise. You can count on us to honestly and completely resolve any situation in the best interest of all concerned.

Teamwork. All work is approached with a “Team” philosophy. We consult with everyone involved in order to determine the most effective building course of action. As a whole, we determine and plan each step in order to collectively achieve the best possible building result.

Management. Synergy uses the most advanced software available to properly track all progress on our home building projects. This includes a construction schedule that is consistently maintained and adjusted to include revisions as required. This allows us to provide sufficient lead-time for decision-making and material deliveries. Our accounting program allows us to keep track of every penny billed and spent on each project. It allows us to keep our highly valued sub contractors and resources paid much quicker than industry expectations. This, along with our teamwork philosophy, provides our customers and us with superior service from the vendors we work with.

Service. Residential construction is a service industry. Our success is based on the referrals we receive from the customers that we serve. We shall continually strive to make all of our customer’s future referrals, as their happiness is the key to our continued success.
